RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At WONO (White Out Night Out), we want you to be satisfied with your order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are:

Unworn and unused
In original condition
Returned with original packaging and tags

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Worn or washed items
Sale or discounted products
Gift cards
Items damaged after delivery

Exchanges

If you received the wrong size or a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that refunds apply only to the value of the returned product(s). Original shipping costs are non-refundable, as shipping is considered a separate service provided during the delivery process.
